• Stretchworkz is awesome I have worked with Phil for the past few months actually My other apps were made thru mind body app Phil convinced me to get package so I come 4 times a month I have also seen Jared at palisades twice he was good also My husband got a package with the ladies at golds gym in crofton and one of my friends Jamal has gone to crofton for stretching as well I talk you guys up all the time Working with Phil has helped my lifting . I compete in body building competitions and had a knee injury which affected my back and working with him has helped me tremendously improve my squats and RDLs
