• In the words of the incomparable James Brown, "I feel good!" My appointment was on Monday. I went home by public transit in the rain. I did not do as recommended and take a hot shower. On Tuesday, I woke up feeling better after a massage or PT than I ever had. I feel the same way today. My reliance on my cane has already lessened. I feel more energy. I will be back and I will tell my friends. The therapist answered all of my questions, was very professional, and obviously knows what she is doing.
