• I tried StretchU years ago, after my godson started using a Groupon gift from his wife. He could never touch his toes until getting stretched at StretchU for a few weeks. My experience and benefits from the "Lock and Stretch" and the "Carey Stretch" techniques have been fantastic for my 60+ year old body. I highly recommend everyone try it---young and old, fit and not-so-fit. It's the best!!!
