I really liked the stretching class. I liked the time of day that I was able to attend. The instructor is very knowledgeable about her craft. I could have just listened to her instructions with my eyes closed and knew exactly where to place my body in order to achieve the stretches. The voice is very calming as well. I just loved it and will be back for more❤️
