It was one of the best thing that I did for myself for a very long time. Highly recommend this to anyone who needed a good stretch.
My experience went great, feeling good. I disliked how connected the business was with the juice bar out front. The smell of peanut butter (an allergen of mine) was thick and very disturbing. It would be nice if there was a wall separating the body lab from the shop - the sounds would be significantly reduced as well, which would be really nice.
