• Mississauga location staff and trainers are great. I'm surprised that the 73:0 classes are not available. Just wondering when that will be re-added. if your only going to have 1 morning class make it earlier for example 8:00am.

• The staff is always so friendly & Karisa has been great to work with! I can tell she really cares about her clients and their well being. She breaks down each workout and explains how each movement will help me get to my goals! She's always supportive in the gym & outside of the gym - making sure I eat well & I'm doing the workouts she assigns me when I don't see her!
