  • The reasons is because most of the staffs at Mississauga are kind hearted and very professional, they also treated everyone like family and this makes me feel happy and welcomed to come down there. Imagine coming everyday from Caledon just to do an hour fitness and lot of gym are all around me but with Strength N- U staffs, they are different, so for this reasons I'll continue to invite as many as I can.
