• The team made me feel welcome and less nervous to join despite how little or how much I’d knew about exercise. It is family friendly and it allows me to join classes regularly without having to worry what should I do with my children whilst I want to workout as I have no one else to take over their care for me to workout. They were honest, knowledgeable and professional.
