• The professionalism was outstanding at my first visit to Straight Bamboo. Alex, the practitioner conversed with me (to make me feel comfortable), while he administered his treatment plan. All the while, completely focused on where to place his needles. I felt completely calm and relaxed in his zero-gravity leather chair. Amazing! My pain has been significantly interrupted. I am having periods of lessened pain, in which I am so thankful. I will continue to see Alex for further treatment until surgery can be performed on my back. And possibly after the surgery. Can't wait to try some of his tea's. Thank you so much for fitting me into your schedule last minute--that meant a lot to me. My pain was a 10 at the time.
