In our signature Mind/Body exploration package, you'll experience a 75-minute Esalen Massage and a 90-minute Salt Water Float, with time to reflect and integrate the experience while sipping tea in front of our Salt Water aquarium. Esalen massage is legendary for it's profound effects in releasing tension and leaving you feeling deeply connected and relaxed. You'll then recline in front of our exotic salt water aquarium in an organic cotton robe while sipping tea. A Still Point Wellness Float Specialist will offer a thorough introduction to floating tailored to your specific goals and intention for the experience. Prepare to feel deeply relaxed! Craniosacral therapy uses gentle pressure to release the restrictions of bones and membranes. It improves movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord and is helpful in treating many conditions, such as: stress, neck and back pain, migraines, whiplash, TMJ syndrome, chronic pain conditions, PTSD, chronic fatigue, colic, and scoliosis. Craniosacral therapy is done with clothes on, and can also include a guided visualization, or dialogue with the body.
