Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on practice that supports the body’s natural ability to unwind tension and restore balance in the nervous system. Using light touch, the practitioner works with the craniosacral system; the bones, membranes, and fluids surrounding the brain and spinal cord, to encourage subtle shifts and deep relaxation.

CST is received fully clothed and may also include guided awareness or reflective dialogue, depending on the practitioner’s approach. Many clients seek CST for support with stress, trauma, migraines, TMJ, neck and back pain, fatigue, and more.
