Upon further contemplation I think it's more appropriate I change my rating to a 9. The staff are great and go out of their way to be supportive while practicing with their students. The addition of Fusion, Gravity and Platinum have been awesome to strengthen the Sterling community. My only complaint is that I would like to practice some on weekday mornings but the 6:15 class habitually runs over (even when skipping a posture or two) which makes me late for work. I find that to be unprofessional, hence not returning to Morning weekday classes.

Because David Roberts has been my best friend for over 60 years and I know he's working his ass off to provide a complete life enhancement for everyone that calls Sterling their home. Yoga and the lifestyle surrounding it changed his life for the better and it can happen for anyone who lets Sterling help them. This is not best friend bias. This is just the way it is!
