David at front was really nice, checked on me when I wasn't feeling my best. Teacher was friendly, showed us how to do the steps and wasn't upset that I couldn't get it right. It was my first time

The owner and the instructor were super nice. The hot yoga class routines were thoroughly explained/or demonstrated. It was a very good class.
