The people are always friendly and I don't feel like I have to be at a certain level when I come. Overall it's a very positive experience and I feel good every time I complete a session.

There aren't to many "hot" yoga studios in Mobile. It's in a central location, good atmosphere, good instructors from the few classes I've taken, and the price is reasonable.
