I wurprised to find such a fantastic yoga option in Mobile- I'm not from this area. The studio is beautiful, large class space with mirrors on multiple walls, great options for classes (weighted vinyasa/cardio class similar to a "Yoga Sculpt" class I am used to going to in CA., regular vinyasa flows, and hot yoga). Friendly staff, and a nice locker room area. Also, the location is great- near some good restaurants and shops.

I love Sterling. The staff and other yogi's feel like family. The workouts are challenging and the culture full of love, support and acceptance. I would recommend Sterling to anyone wanting to takes that journey.
