Beautiful CLEAN atmosphere - hot yoga room, locker room with showers, & restrooms. Nice location with a grocery store and restaurant nearby for easy after workout errands. The 26-2 class was challenging and soothing at the same time. Lovely instructor who made class fun. I also love the option to stream the class online. I would definitely recommend for all ages.

It was a nice atmosphere, clean, staff and participants were so nice and friendly..just overall 10/10 will recommend. I'll be back with friends!

I'm in town for work for a month & thought I'd try a new yoga place. I travel a lot for work & I've done yoga all over the country & like to check out new studios. From walking in the front door, the man at the front desk has been rude to me on two visits. He wanted me to test out if I can do certain poses before doing the class and was very condescending about it. The whole idea of Yoga is to work at your own pace, which I was hoping to do, but he made it seem more like an interview to see if anyone was possibly as cool as him to take the class. The place where I laid down my mat had a sweaty locker room smell to the carpet. I love dogs, but the dog in the lobby barked thru half of class. I could have saved the hour drive each way & done yoga in my hotel room instead. This place definitely ruined by zen, won't be back.

I was in Mobile for 23 days and took the 30 day trial here, unfortunately I couldn't make it every day but for the days I went I loved it. The instructors are awesome, this place really helped with the fine tuning sculpture of those deeper muscles

Mandi's classes are challenging with awesome music and great flow. She also mixes up the workout within each set. This keeps you guessing so the mind is never prepared for what the body has to do. And each class is different which I love. There's a younger vibe that comes with her classes and I think it's important to have if Sterling is going to continue to expand its target audience. I also think it would be cool to see her on the schedule more.

I tried my first inferno pilates class (as well as my first visit to sterling.) It is always intimidating to try out a new workout and even more-so in a new environment. Mandi was my teacher and from the minute i walked in she was so welcoming! She inquired about my experience and also any health issues. She explained what class would be like and was so personable. I love how big the studio is and the diversity of the class. Older, younger, women, and men! All levels of experience. The music was awesome and so motivating. Mandi explained all the exercises clearly, and unlike some pushy instructors out there, kept me going with her enthusiasm. Before I left I got to meet David, the owner, and had a chance to say hello to his pup before class. Sterling's package offerings are extremely reasonable and they gave me a button for completing my first class! I look forward to my future practice at sterling, meeting new people and improving my health and wellness, and will be back for Mandi's class again! ‍

Loved the class & the location. Nice people & nice interior space. Nice range of class times on weekends. Great space :)

I love this studio! The teachers are so kind. The desk staff is so helpful. The classes helped heal my body and I feel and look great. Go take class now! They have an awesome intro special to try.

This studio is large and nice. The teacher was helpful, the heat was good, and there was a lot of room. Next time I am in Mobile, I will practice here again.
