Lisa’s class is a treasure. Teaching musicality is more important than busy choreography. If there’s no feeling behind the intention, it’s just mechanical regurgitation of steps.
Kemezis is a fantastic teacher. She is thorough and makes sure that everyone in the class gets attention. The way she describes the movements and how they should feel in your body are very helpful to me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Lizzy was great. The studio was really hot. It was better after we opened the windows but it limits where I could go for Barre work. I was able to find a spot by the window but if I had come late I would not be able to stand by the heater. It would be nice to be able to turn off the heater or adjust the temperature.
I loved the class. The teacher was amazing. Also the people in the front desk were super friendly.
