The teacher Elena Kunikova made the class personal and useful. The facility was clean and felt very safe.

I have always had a good experience at Steps. The teachers have always been respectful, encouraging, and careful to make sure that I was not doing more than I physically should (had a damaged hip & recently came back after a replacement).
The support staff has always been prompt in helping with any technical issues or concerns I had.
