This was my first time back at Steps in many years. I am older than most of your clientele (57) and I came because I fell out of shape during the pandemic. I took a Pilates class. It was an excellently taught class and I would highly recommend it to people who are already very fit and young. For someone my age, who is out of shape I would warn them that the class might be too hard. That said I was proud of myself for sticking with it till the end and I would like to return to build my strength. Also interested in Lastics and Gyrokineses. Love hearing the sound of the piano in the hallways. Beautiful, special place.
