a wonderful warm up
clear instruction
technique . vocabulary . history
turns combo
professional level choreography taught in such a way that even someone like myself - who hasnt taken his class in about 2 years - felt capable of trying even when flailing . a perfect way to practice within my DIScomfort zone without being discouraged . one of the slides captures me giggling with joy even though I was beyond winded (back to rebuilding my stamina/endurance) and obviously rusty in mind and body - you can hear Al's encouraging words in the background
I am so happy I made the last minute decision to sign up with only minutes to spare
VALUE PERSPECTIVE

taught by a well-respected working professional director choreographer & educator
a good GLASS OF WiNE at a bar/restaurant: 18-$25
I LOVE a good glass of wine 🍷
but if asked to choose, I would spend money on a good class 💃🏻over a good glass 🍷
today, I will enjoy both 😁
