Awesome class! Always makes me feel great!
I felt really great after the class: relaxed and stretched out. So many yoga classes in the neighborhood are in crowded, heated rooms with pounding music. By contrast, the Steps class was cool, spacious and calm. The instructor taught a class that left us centered and rejuvenated.
