It was a very nice experience. The place is just a little war torn and the bathroom facilities are hard to imagine showering and blow drying my hair in.

We came last year for spring break and had a great time. Then we decided to check out a few other day spas in Reno, none were as good as you guys. There was always any issue with scheduling massages, I would book 2 massages in the same room due to my daughter's age and when we would show up the day spa would act as if her age was never mentioned. You guys listen during booking and the massages always impress. Furthermore, your staff makes us feel welcome and that we are not a problem.
