I do the 6am classes and just love the workouts with Jamie and Reall, they are both so fun and energetic, and real people. They acknowledge us even when we are virtual, and laugh when we mess something up, and adjust the classes as needed. Its just amazing that they can remember all those different types of sets, I appreciate the mixture.
