• Staff was friendly spa was clean. Only thing i would change in the future is some sort of system reminder. I had so many appointments this week while im on vacation i slightly mixed the time up on my end. It would've been nice to have a 24 hour reminder. I do this with my clients even though it is our responsibility to be prompt
