• Loved everything except that it took 10 minutes for someone to greet me when I arrived. The lady was on the phone. A few other people (employees) saw me come in but didn't greet me or ask me to sit and wait, offer a drink, etc. Being my first time there, I was a little nervous and could have used some direction.

• Overall experience was fantastic. Valerie did an amazing wax and eyebrow shaping, Katy went above and beyond with the massage during my mani/pedi and made me feel so welcomed. Will be back for sure!
