• Loved everything except that it took 10 minutes for someone to greet me when I arrived. The lady was on the phone. A few other people (employees) saw me come in but didn't greet me or ask me to sit and wait, offer a drink, etc. Being my first time there, I was a little nervous and could have used some direction.
