• Staff is always super nice & the experience is always very high-end & relaxing. However, I had to use a different esthetician this time for my facial and was a little disappointed that extractions were not done & the usual hand/arm massage was not done…the appt time says an hour and 15 minutes but I was out of there within about 45 minutes…
