• The facial was fabulous and Valerie was great! The only thing I would recommend is warning customers about parking when you send a confirmation text/email. I am not familiar with parking downtown and I got a ticket for parking in front of the spa. There needs to be larger more obvious signs and/or the very first thing asked about when a customer enters the building. Overall, I enjoyed the experience!!!!
