Emily was my esthetician for my first sugaring Brazilian wax she explained treatment procedures, answer questions, and address any concerns or hesitations . That being said the front desk staff is the face of your spa business its performance and attention to detail in tending to clients’ needs. Knowledge of spa treatments, costs and spa etiquette are a few of the duties that front desk staff representatives are expected to know, front desk attendant is lacking these following spa etiquette duties.Margie C.
