• Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and comforting. My Brazilian technician (Emily) was so wonderful, professional, informative, and patient. I've never had a waxer so knowledgeable and patient. I felt bad she had to put up with my nether regions for so long but she really made it feel like a professional job and I can tell she cares about her clients.
