• 1) I was late do to being confused on the location and the lady that answers the phone was kind and understanding. She was also very helpful in guiding me to the exact location and did not seem to be bothered by my ignorance. 2) I that the Spa was a clean, comforting and a professional atmosphere. 3) I had the best massage I've ver had by Heather. She also did an excellent job of explaining what she was doing and how it would relive my pain.
