• Very friendly staff and Twanda was incredible. I'm a spa junkie so it's hard to please me. The one drawback was the parking. I am not familiar with downtown so I was not aware that there was a Kiosk or app that could be used to pay for parking. I parked right in front of the store and did not see signs that indicated I had to pay anything. When I came out I had a $10 parking ticket with an extra $3.50 to pay online. Obviously this is not the fault of the spa however it might be beneficial to mention it to clients when they come in to make sure they are aware they were supposed to pay to park. Everything else was wonderful I will definitely be back and would definitely refer people to your facility right now
