• The absolute kindness and professionalism shown to me by the staff who stayed late because, apologetically, I was late for 4:30 appointment, I arrived about 4:45 and they close at 5. They still stayed and took time with me to calm my fears about first time Botox and encouraged me to become a member in a totally non-pushy sales manner which I found refreshing and led me to join, rather than pushing me not to join. I highly recommend Starwood Med Spa to everyone wanting to look younger, feel better about their appearance and not pay outlandish prices to do so.
