• The location was easy to access. The ambiance and interior was great. The staff were kind and our stylist went out of her way to ensure we were happy with our experience. The lost point is that their online hours do not match what the staff said. In our case, online it says the shop is open until 8, so our three boy cuts appt would easily fit, but once we got there we were told that they close at 7 and we should not have been booked in. Thankfully, our stylist opted to stay and help us do all three. It was very kind of her.
