• Stafford Massage & Healing Arts is a great place to go when you need to get those pesky aches taken care. Walking in and just sitting down watching the waterfall is soothing. They have great things for home. I've bought sage, little flags, and incense, etc. that I have kept at home and work to remind me to stay connected with my core. And it's local :)

• They were very accommodating when I needed an appointment last minute. Once I signed in, I was taken back almost immediately. The sessions was very relaxing and I needed treatment for my knee and I felt so much better after my appointment. Overall, such a great experience. I try to go every few months and am never disappointed.

• Meghan was amazing at getting the the root of my back pain. She did a deep tissue massage after which I felt human again. She worked out all the knots in the muscles. I will be seeing her again. Highly recommend her at Stafford Massage. All of the specialist there know what they are doing.
