The instructor was great with the kids, super fun, engaging and gave good life lessons along with most important lesson on how to calm ones self down- how to center thyself. Positions were not too complicated and the direction was easy to follow. The only thing that bothered me was at first I could see other families and I'm assuming there was a window into mine which made me feel very uncomfortable. Having said this I would not rate this anything lower than a 10 because that's just my personal reference- would definitely recommend. One last note Debi was very helpful and kind to help me set up an account.
Great Instructors who care about their participants! Great atmosphere and classes for all levels from gentle up to more challenging. Great vibe & energy 🧘🏽♀️💗
