Stafford yoga is an amazing place filled with wonderful teachers and students. My mother Carol loves to be in the midst of everyone there and others that knowledge alone, this place is untouchable.

I had a great experience in class, it was exactly what I was looking for. The instructor was clear and helpful, the studio is quiet and peaceful, and the temperature was appropriate. I appreciate an instructor using plain English words to explain a position since I’m not exactly fluent in Sanskrit.
