The teachers are very helpful. Each student gets to work on the most comfortable level and the are very good in helping you find accommodations. The other people who are in the yoga classes are friendly and inviting.
Staff and atmosphere is welcoming and it feels more like a family than a business.
I love the variety of classes and the power bar is challenging and fun
