I always have an amazing experience at Stafford House of Yoga! The teachers are so kind and considerate inside and outside the studio. I would recommend this studio to anyone in the area or traveling through. I always make a point to take a class or two when I am in Stafford.
Excellent first experience to the calming art of yoga! Instructor was super helpful as everything was new to me. Would love to take another class of hers.
