Because you all are great and it's been very welcoming as I am new to yoga
Having the option to practice online and virtually is crucial for me during this time. House of Yoga made it happen and helped to change my energy and the funk I was in. Being able to practice with everyone from the community is priceless. I'm truly grateful!

I loved the class. I was missing my yoga class. Thank you Elain, Linda for yoga at home.
Thomas is hard! But I really needed it and the solidarity with the community definitely eases some of my anxiety. Please keep these going as it’s a focal point to work towards too at the end of a day keeping everyone occupied and sane during this trying time.
