The entire experience was just a pleasing one. From initial phone call to the attention to the scheduling and instructions details, to information & communications about what to expect and to do, to the the greeting as I walked into the salon, to the personality and hair cutting skills of my stylist Miranda, right thru to the receptionist/front desk process for paying. It was all top notch, and a very pleasant experience.

Both Julia and Malissa are awesome- my hair appointment went over and we were there late- Julia couldn't have been nicer about it! And both my brows and hair look AMAZING. Malissa listened to me about wanting to shape them a little more and Julia took the time to get the perfect shade for my highlights and gave me an awesome cut
