Michelle is wonderful! She takes the time to listen to what I am looking for. While educating me on what works with my hair. Conversation is always great, I never feel uncomfortable or rushed. Not even during a double booking error/miscommunication. She still managed to attend to 2 clients at the same time in a professional, calm manner. I don't think either of us felt neglected or rushed. It's important to communicate with your clients and be honest. Michelle did this and I appreciate her honesty and communication. I left the salon happy with my new hair and ready for bed! ( I always leave relaxed) But my husband liked my new hair he took me out to dinner. 🤣 See ya in September!

Michelle was amazing! I told her what I wanted and she asked me questioned and showed me options that would be best for my face. I have never been so happy leaving the hair salon and I've never received so many compliments on my hair!! I even referred my daughter who had a horrible experience at another salon and her hair looks AMAZING. I am so happy. I would recommend st Cyr to anyone who asked.
