The value of the membership is really unbeatable for the price. Living in Columbus, I wasn't able to find a gym half as nice for under 50-100/month. The equipment and services that are available at SHF for under 30/month is insane.

Getting appointment was difficult and time consuming. Once at Penney's it was well planned out and the daily survey was terrific to supply important data. Setting up second injection at first appointment was s huge relief. Thank you
