• Vanessa was very thorough and informative. Even though I was initially disappointed that I made an appt with Presley and she wasn't there Vanessa exceeded expectations and put me right at ease. I know it must have been a hectic day but never did I feel that stress transferred onto me. Check in and check out were quick and easy.
