• Jeff Miller is a great instructor! I take a couple of his classes (Boot Camp & Boxing). He works us hard, but makes it fun and mixes it up with a variety of formats and exercises. He also has a great attitude for a fitness instructor. I also enjoy the steam room. I'd like it better if I had a locker in the main locker room :)
