• Professionalism is very important to me because of the areas addressed on our bodies. It's subjective but knowledge and the ability to share and answer questions fully with your clientele is paramount. While everyone is professional, there are a few that know a lot more than others. It doesn't mean that the other staff members are inept , but for the price we pay for our procedures, if I ask questions, I should expect answers that satisfy me; or, if not possible, to say as much and refer me to someone who might know. I'm not going to cite any specific examples, but I would rather take the time to tell you who stands out as more knowledgeable than others that may have taken care of me. I really like Hani and Poli in their knowledge base. I find Poli to be very professional especially in the areas she's qualified in. Christina Saeed is SWEET and does her very best. I can see her going far in your establishment. She's young still. There is also a Filipina chick that was excellent but have forgotten her name. Her temperament and personality suits me. I would recommend Spoiled to others. Front desk is always warm and friendly. The place is clean, and I take advantage of your massage chairs whenever possible. My only "feeling " especially back when I first started,
