I love that every class is different, has a specific focus, and utilizes a wide variety of poses. I also appreciate how Arlene shows how proper alignment helps to get the most out of each pose or movement. Last but not least, I am so thankful that Arlene has navigated the many technical challenges of online yoga teaching so that the members of Spiritus Studio can still come together as a community, albeit remotely, during this pandemic.
