Spinal Correction Center of Richmond has been very attentive to my needs, to relieve the pressure on my tight muscles, what sources of exercise, treatment and food I should be eating. I'm on the tennis courts 6 days/wk., and occasionally have a tight muscle(s) that are aggravating, to say the least. I've been attending since early 2022, and my life has completely benefited from their chiropractic and massage therapy. Their office has answered a plethora of my questions, that it makes me feel assured that I can play and instruct tennis, with more confidence and ability to perform at a higher level!

I have gotten many, many massages over the years. I would try them out through Groupon. Eventually, before I retired in 2017, I settled on getting a massage every three weeks. The massage therapist at Spinal Correction Center was really excellent. Then he retired and Sonya came on board. I get a massage from her every month. She is very experienced and I can honestly say that she is absolutely one of the very best in town. She's very knowledgeable about the body and how to tell when there are problem areas and how to fix them. Also her massages are very sophisticated and they feel fabulous. When you leave here you really feel like you've had a great massage! Highly recommend!

When I was 23 years old, I had two traffic accidents in less than a week. I have to say that it was one of the worst weeks of my life because that meant that I had two whiplash injuries. After that, I spent two weeks on a bed, with a lot of pain, trying physical therapy, which it helped at the time.

For job-related reasons, I moved to Richmond seven years later, with also seven years of moderate to severe chronic back pain. This pain was associated with frequent headaches, shoulder pain, and a lot of terrible sleeping time.

My wife recommended me to go to Dr. Mulvaney after she received a complimentary massage in her workplace because she thought that I was going to benefit from it. Could you imagine that after visiting orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, neurologist, physical therapist, countless imaging studies including MRI, that I could benefit from it? I wasn't sure about it, but I decided to give it a shot because after all, I had so much to win.

Trust me when I say this, I don't wish for anyone to experience this kind of pain, but if you have, I definitely recommend this center.

When I got there, everyone was so Profesional, asking questions that no one ever asked me before leading to a feeling that these people actually care about my well being.

Then, after two weeks of therapy, my headaches diminished not only in frequency but also in intensity, and I started to get better rest during my sleep time, which by the way improved my mood significantly.

I have to say that I never thought that my back would get better, but after just two months of therapy, I was a different person, with more energy.

Last but not least, all the personnel in the Spinal Correction Center, were so lovely, that I wanted to go back because not only I was getting better, but the peace that I felt there was very comforting.

I had a very good experience. Dr. Mulvaney was extremely personable and really listened to all of my complaints. He reviewed all of my medical history. I am confident that he will provide me with excellent care.

Every experience has been positive with staff and treatments for the past year. Dr. Mulvaney has treated my neck/shoulder pain very effectively when surgery and painkillers were not options. Occasional adjustments and therapeutic massage are maintaining my pain-free status. Highly recommend Dr. Mulvaney for his excellent chiropractic care!!
