Everyone was very nice accommodating and compassionate. Katie made me feel super comfortable and at ease and I feel that I'm in very good hands. I also like that there is a payment plan so that we can pay high dollar services off over 12 mos if we need to. Very important for working ppl who don't always have large amount of cash readily available. Really looking forward to my first cool sculpting adventure
