I love everything about Spectra Yoga because:1) great variety of class offering; 2) large & clean facility - never gets so crowded; 3) friendly instructors and staffs ; 4) convenient location and easy parking. My only suggestion would be - I wish Hot yoga instructors show us each pose at least once for the novice like me. Also, I believe room temperature should be hotter than now? Thank you!
