I thought it was overall a very good vibe, and also a very good level one class. I am what I would call, an "advanced beginner," lol. I've done a variety of yoga over the years, but have never really committed to the practice, and I have some physical limitations. But I am definitely planning to make spectra yoga part of my 20-20 plans. Probably at the 10 classes for 180 bucks level.
